Narrative- Video is a response to music and not necessarily always a balance between narrative and performance, there are no set rules for the order of the narrative and is all based on the song.
Editing- Match musical phrases or beats.
Camera work- Extreme shots are common.
Diegesis- A world within the video is created, it is revealed quite slowly.
